Sirman Double Panini Grills feature a non-stick ceramic material. Well-suited for high volume operations. The upper plate self-adjusts to whatever you cook on it. Easy to clean and maintain. The fine grain cast iron plates provide even and fast heat distribution and recovery. Includes a grease tray that is easily removable
