Still, as distributors we are also committed to work with our clients when they need our help.
- If you purchased a piece of equipment from us, we will do our best to coordinate the warranty request. Requesting Tech Service When Under Warranty
- We may coordinate with Manufacturers to get the fastest warranty service possible. Still the last decision comes from the Manufacturers. We many assist in processing and reporting a warranty claim when possible. Otherwise, you must contact directly to the manufacturer.
- We highly recommend to read the Manufacture's Warranty Policies. the warranty has exclusions. A good example is when, a piece of equipment has not been properly Connected/Installed. When the installation has not been performed by Professional/Certified Technician/Plumber/Electrician. If an issue related to improper installation or poor handling/abuse of the equipment is found, the Warranty will not cover these issues.
- Almost all USA and Foreign manufacturers in the USA provides Warranty calls. Tech Service through a Third Party Independent tech Service company located near the Geographical area where service was requested.
- The Manufacturers will contact the respective Tech Service Provider to schedule a visit. As part of the service call process the third party service company will ask and require final user/purchaser to provide with a Credit Card to set the service. The Tech Service Provider will not schedule a Warranty unless a Credit Card has been provided. The reason is to avoid not being paid if the issue affecting the equipment is not Warranty related as explained above. After a Credit Card has been provided a Tech Service ticket call will be created. Getting tech service anywhere can take up to 72 hours in the best scenario. Finally, before dispatching service, you as the owner of the restaurant, will have to provide your Contact Info, business address and hours of operation, the Model and Serial Number of the broken unit.
- Once the Technician has inspected the equipment a solution will be determined. Replacing parts may need to be ordered. In that case the Technician attending the call will contact the Manufacturer to request the Replacement Part(s). This process will take time.
For full details of Warranties Terms & Conditions, a Warranty Statement from each factory is available. the details can be founded along with the Spec Sheet PDF view in each product page.
