Information From Where We Ship and Processing Times

We are based in West New York, NJ, just 30 minutes away from NYC. We can ship locally and nationally from our warehouse or from the Manufacturer's warehouses or distribution centers across the nation.

Please note that not all items and models are available in our NJ warehouse. If time is critical for you, please contact us before placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but it is still possible that we cannot do it. We do not want to promise something we cannot deliver.

Depending the Product and the Manufacturer, it will take 2 - 3 days to process the order. After this time, the shipping will take 5 - 7 Business Days. Some items Ships Free.

Other items cannot be shipped for Free and will require a Freight Quote. Before you proceed, please carefully "Read the item description" to find out if it ships for free or not. Please contact us to confirm.

We offer second day free local delivery to Northern New Jersey and NYC at no charge within 20 miles from our warehouse in West New York, NJ, 07093 for orders above $500. 

Sometimes we use Recycled Boxes to Package the items/products to be more eco-friendly. Before you reject the delivery due to packaging showing unrelated description to the products that you have ordered please inspect the items/products inside of the package.

Shipping & Delivery Process

1. Placing Orders - Receiving Order Acknowledgement

  • We take most major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Google Pay. After you pay, your Order Status will be "Processing"
  • After placing an order, you will receive a Confirmation email with the order details.

2. Shipping Details

  • After 2-3 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays) you will be notified that your item has shipped or, in the case that the item ships directly, you will receive a Factory Estimated Shipping Date.

3. Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your item has shipped, we will send you a Carrier and Tracking Status. Items can be tracked on the carrier website and application.
  • You will receive a Tracking Number for Light Items shipped by UPS.
  • For Items over 80 Lbs. that ship Freight, you will receive the carrier Name, Contact Info, and Tracking Number.
  • Tracking information and updates for items or equipment shipping directly from the Manufacturer may take up to 2 days. We will notify you as soon as we receive a manufacturer's confirmation. Tracking information can be done on the carrier's website or application.

After this 3 step process, your Order Status is now Complete. 

Note: All the cooking, preparation & refrigeration equipment listed in this website www.topkitchenus.com is solely for Commercial use and not intended for Residential use.

Equipment Manufacturers will not deliver, honor, cover, or offer warranty for Residential use.

Exception: Only KAPP Small Wares topkitchenus.com/pages/kapp-products can be shipped from us to Residential addresses. Shipments of Small Wares to residential addresses are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Carrier.
