Return Policy

  • Top Kitchen will accept the return of "In Stock, non-custom made" items for up to 7 days from receipt of order. Returns are not accepted after 7 days. An approved return authorization form is required before you ship your return. Click here to fill out the form.
  • Custom made products such as Grease Hoods and Ducts, Gas or Electric Ranges with special features and options that are built to order, cannot be modified, altered, or cancelled. This term will be included in the original order.
  • We cannot accept returns of unpackaged, used or damage items or equipment.
  • Only unused, undamaged items/products, in original packaging are accepted for returns.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method after inspection the returned items/products.
  • Shipping charges belonging to the original order will not be refunded along with the return.
  • There is a restocking free of 20% of the items/product back in stock. The buyer is responsible to pay all the shipping expenses related to the return.
  • Returns must be Shipped insured to the Address provided in the Return Form. If the item-equipment was delivered by UPS, you have to use UPS to ship it back.
  • Canceled orders that have shipped out, are also subject to restocking fees and freight charges.
  • If you find that your Brand New Product is not properly working, please carefully read the Manual and check that all Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Connections are ON and Working.
  • If the Problem remains, please Contact Us, many issues can be solved with proper advice from the Technical Assistance area of each manufacturer, maybe it is just something that can be connected following instructions over the phone.

Damaged During Transit

All products are packaged to avoid damaged during transit. Still, damage may occur during transit, delivery, and loading. After receive the package, please carefully inspect it for damages.

By purchasing from topkitchenus.com, buyer agrees to inspect the shipment for Damage "Before" signing to accept it. Damage found after a delivery has been signed for "In Good Condition" must be handled directly with the carrier, through a Concealed Damage Claim.

If unacceptable Damage is found, Refuse Delivery. A replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible. Your shipments are insured against Freight Damage as long as that damage is refused. You will find that the topkitchenus.com checkout process cannot be complete with agreeing to this term prior to payment.

  • If the damage is for the packaging only, we do not offer any compensation for this reason. As long as the products inside the packaging are in good condition. If you notice a major damage in the packaging, you must inspect the shipment right away.
  • If you notice a Major Damage in the packaging and the equipment at the moment of receiving, refuse the shipment due to damage. Take pictures and videos and be sure to write in The Freight Bill or Bill of Landing that the order came damaged.
  • If you do not report this issue right away the carrier insurance may not cover the related damages and expenses. Contact us immediately, so we can assist in the Claim Process. Note that the Claim Process will take some time. When contacting us, please email:
    • Copy of The Freight Bill or Bill of Landing stating the damages.
    • Attach as many pictures as possibles.
    • A copy of your invoice

We will process your claim as fast as possible.

  • If after inspecting the package, you sign The Freight Bill or Bill of Landing, the carrier consider that the Order was received in good condition. No damage claims will be processed after.

Note: We do not accept Returns of Used or Damaged Equipment. Refusal of Damaged Shipment is not considered a return. Any Shipment that arrives with Unacceptable Damage will have to be Refused.
