Fabricated with high quality, robust, heaviest 18/10 - 22 Gauge Stainless Steel, KAPP Saute Pans are intended to better resist corrosion and oxidation. The base is strong, constructed with three layers of Stainless Steel + Aluminum + Stainless Steel to distribute heat evenly, reducing energy consumption and cooking times, improving durability and performance. Welded handle for strongest holding. 

Suitable for all types of Stoves - Ranges, including Induction.
