The base is strong, constructed with three layers of Stainless Steel + Aluminum + Stainless Steel to distribute heat evenly, reducing energy consumption and cooking times, improving durability and performance.

Ideal to warm sauces. Great to melt chocolate. Welded handle for strongest holding. Suitable for all types of Stoves - Ranges, including Induction.
