Axis Dough Sheeter AX-TDS, is the most widely used reversible sheeter, designed according to the Baking Industry Sanitation Standards. Suitable for sheeting and stretching puff pastry, danish bread, donut, croissant, pie, cookie, strudel and pizza dough with an adjustable thickness between 3mm to 50 mm. The roller speed nears approximate 540mm per second. Automatic overload protective to prevent motor from damage. Both side conveyor tables folds up. 

Heavy duty steel base. Powerful enclosure ventilated motor. Limit switch with magnetic type with overload protection mounted. 

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
