A Manual. Classic Slicer for Prosciutto. 12” Blade. 

AXIS Flowerwheel Prosciutto Slicer - AX-VOL-12 Designed in brilliant Red Gloss High Baked Enamel for a Classic, Elegant look and Operation. It’s a Manual Machine. The 12” Blade has a 9” x 7.5” cutting size for the operator to adjust the thickness of the product up to 2.5 millimeters. The slicer has a Self Locking Arm Assist to secure the meat in place while cutting. 

Aluminum construction with Stainless Steel parts for durability. Includes a Sharpener to keep the Blade consistent ensuring perfect cuts. 

This Prosciutto Slicer is offered with the option of a Pedestal to complement the look, sold separately. 

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
