A Fast and Versatile Dough Roller.  

AXIS Dough Roller AX-PZR17 is designed for dough operations to prepare Pizza, Bread, Calzones, Roti, Pita Bread, Flour Tortillas and other bakery - kitchen related products. Made to easily adjust the dough thickness and diameter. With a capacity of up to 250 pieces per hour, doesn't require mayor counter space to operate. The Upper and Lower Roller Scrapers and Ceramic Slide are removable for an easy cleaning and maintenance process. Constructed of Heavy Duty AISI 304 Stainless Steel.  

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
