AXIS Single Tank Pasta Cooker. All Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Construction. Two 10.5 Gallon Capacity with individual controls for gas, water and drain. Single inner tank fabricated of AISI 316 Stainless Steel to better resist corrosion produced by salt water  also allows easy cleaning and maintenance. With Piezo electric burner ignition and Safe Thermocouple Shutoff. 

The high efficiency burner technology produces 45,000 BTU shortening cook times by concentrating greater heat at the rear, creating a convective flow of water and eliminating the need for stirring. 

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
