A Powerful and Safe Vertical Broiler.   

Axis AX-VB3 - 3 burners. With 90 Lbs. Meat Capacity. Constructed out of Stainless Steel AISI 304.  Enclosed motor, individual controls for infrared burners for a total of 34,140 BTU's. With a Slide Dual Rail System that allows the operator to broil the meats closer or further from the heat source.

The Electric Motor located  at the top, away from fat and grease rotates both: clockwise and counter clockwise. With a safety feature that includes Thermo-Elements to cut gas flow in the event that the flame extinguishes. Perfect for Tacos al Pastor. Natural Gas with a LP conversion kit.

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
