A Small Slicer for Commercial Application. 10” Blade. 

AXIS Meat Slicer - AX-SU10 ULTRA is a Small Operation Slicer that can consistently cut meats as thin as 9/16”. The Slicer’s blade runs at 300 RPM for optimal performance to avoid product heating and stressing. 

Made of Anodized Aluminum to last and resist corrosion, facilitating cleaning and maintaining. Works with Poly V-Belt Drive Systems, including Thermo protection to avoid motor burning. Safe to operate, has a Microswitch protection on the cover blade to stop the Slicer if it loses contact to avoid injuries. This Slicer if perfect for small Restaurants, Delis Bakeries and Coffee Shops. 

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
