AXIS AX-514RH Convection Oven with Humidity capabilities. Includes an Electro Valve for direct Water Connection. Manual Controls. The body is constructed of Heavy Duty Stainless Steel. Offers and advanced airflow design that evenly heats the insulated cavity with ultra high temperature fiberglass insulation to reduce cooking times when increasing energy efficiency. Oven door is made of double-wall glass with reinforced door hinges. Automatic High Speed Reversing Fan. 

Holds 4 half-size pans. Temperature range 86°- 540°F with a 120 minute timer. Interior halogen light. Can be stacked, kit required sold separately. A perfect addition for small counter top operations.
