AXIS AX-514 is a Manual Counter Top Convection Oven. The body is constructed of Heavy Duty Stainless Steel. Offers and advanced airflow design that evenly heats the insulated cavity with ultra high temperature fiberglass insulation to reduce cooking times when increasing energy efficiency. Oven door is made of double-wall glass with reinforced door hinges. Powerful fan runs 2200 RPM. 

Holds 4 half-size pans. Temperature range 86°- 540°F with a 120 minute timer signal at end of cycle. Interior halogen light. Can be stacked, kit required sold separately. A perfect addition for small counter top operations. 

Digital programable controls for 99 programs. Automatic pre-heating with 3 Cooking cycles for each program. 

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
