Axis Commercial Planetary Mixer, 80 Qts. capacity, floor model, gear driven, (4) speeds with side mounted controls: timer, separate start and emergency stop button. Silent operation, digital 30-minute timer, includes stainless steel bowl and guard, wire whip, aluminum flat beater and dough hook. Automatic bowl lift. Heat treated hardener alloy Steel Gears and Shaft. VS Attachment at housing for maximum hygiene. 

With a Powerful 4 HP motor this mixer is ideal for mixing all types of dough, eggs, cream, mayonnaise and many other kitchen tasks. An all purpose mixer that uses a powerful planetary icing action to thoroughly blend, mix and aerate all ingredients with consistent and predictable results. Great for small bakeries and restaurants producing their own baking products. Requires 3 Phase Electric power. 

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
