A Powerful and Safer Mixer for Small Applications. 

Axis Planetary Mixer, 7 Qt. capacity, countertop, heavy duty stainless steel construction, automatic electronic with (3) speed digital controls, gear driven, 30-minute timer, direct drive, stainless steel safety guard and bowl, dough hook, wire whip and flat beater, metal and die-cast aluminum body, hand lift. 

All shafts have been mounted in ball bearings and the safety guard prevents injuries by stopping the motor whenever the guard is opened. Great for Small Bakeries and Coffee Shops.

Not suited for Residential Use.
