Axis Commercial Planetary Mixer, 30 Qts. capacity. Floor model, gear driven, (3) speed side mounted controls, silent operation, digital 30-minute timer, includes stainless steel bowl and guard, wire whip, aluminum flat beater and dough hook. 

Ideal for mixing all types of dough, eggs, cream, mayonnaise and many other kitchen tasks. An all purpose mixer that uses a powerful planetary icing action to thoroughly blend, mix and aerate all ingredients with consistent and predictable results. 

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
