Axis Commercial Planetary Mixer, 20 Qts. capacity. Floor model, gear driven (3) speed side mounted controls, silent operation, digital 30-minute timer, includes stainless steel bowl and guard, wire whip, aluminum flat beater & dough hook.

Ideal for mixing all types of dough, eggs, cream, mayonnaise and many other kitchen tasks. An all purpose mixer that uses a powerful planetary icing action to thoroughly blend, mix and aerate all ingredients with consistent and predictable results. 

Not suited for Residential Use. Axis won't honor warranties for Residential Use.
