1. FOOD EQUIPMENT PLAN
The first step to build a Commercial Kitchen is surveying the space to create a Floor Plan which will determine the final Food Equipment Plan, this is the layout of the kitchen including the location of the cooking line (natural gas or electric) The Ventilation System: Hoods, Grease and Return Ducts, determining the horse power and CFM’s of fans and the design of the Fire Suppression System and the Electric Panel that will control the whole Ventilation System.
The Food Equipment Plan also determines the location for the preparation and dishwashing areas, specifying the Electric, Plumbing, Building and Mechanical specs of the kitchen equipment: cooking, refrigeration, preparation, storage, custom made stainless steel and recycling areas.
We provide Complete Sealed Plans to apply and file with Building Departments including Expediting Services to obtain city permits, Managing and Coordinating the Construction Project with all involved parts and sub-contractors in New Jersey and New York.
2. ARCHITECTURAL - ENGINEERING
Based in the Initial Consultation and according to the Surveying Conducted at the intended Space, we provide with complete Architectural, Engineering, Food Equipment Plan and Interior Design Services, if it is for a New Construction or for the Renovation Remodeling of an Existing Space.
What make us different from others is that we Manage the whole process, from Initial Consultation, Surveying, Production of Plans, & Construction. We can handle all the aspects under one single Management Team from beginning to end.
We have our own Licensed Architect and Engineer as well as our own General Construction Team working together in the same project. This system allows us to be more Efficient, Effective and Creative when developing the Project in real time without interruptions or delays. By working this way we have been able to anticipate Obstacles and Problems when working on solutions.
The results are a Well Planed Work, the Approvals of the Building Department Inspectors for the Executed Work and the On Time Completion of the Project when keeping Costs and Budgets as expected under the Supervision of our Team.
